Thermally optimised wall holders with console made of GRP for ventilated rainscreen façades.
The thermally optimised wall holders ZeLa Click, consisting of a base console made of GRP and a sword made of aluminum or stainless steel, form the basis for the vertical layer as the vertical support system ATK 100. The console is fixed to the building substrate using fischer fixings (such as frame fixings SXRL). The matching ZeLa Click sword is mounted in the console and completes the wall holder. In order to enable all common insulation thicknesses and façade offsets, different sword lengths are designed. To compensate the thermal expansion of the profiles, the wall holders are used both as fixed and sliding points. The fixed point absorbs the entire dead load of the façade panels and subframe in addition to the proportional wind loads. The sliding point with its slotted holes also ensures that the vertical profile can slide due to thermal expansion. The ZeLa Click wall holders as fixed-/ sliding points allow the use for both applications.
